Cancellation fees are calculated from the day written notification is received. The penalties are follows :
- Three weeks to 14 days to arrival 25% of the total invoice.
- Two weeks to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the invoice.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the total invoice.
Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
Refund
After commencement of Travel, no refund in full or part will be given for services included in the programmes which are not utilized by the clients.
Responsibility
One Two Travels & Tours act as the agent for the person in regard to travel by any mean of transportation and assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the person including those occurring outside the touring programs. Therefore One Two Travels & Tours will accept no responsibilities for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay, sickness, weather, strike or other cause beyond its control. Participation in the tour implies the person’s agreement to the above conditions. One Two Travels & Tours also reserve the right to modify or reverse the original program in the interest of the clients. It may substitute flights with train or coach service when deemed necessary due to circumstance. However One Two Travels & Tours will endeavor to keep to the original program and arrangements as agreed upon.
